All booths are 10' x 10' and ONE 3' x 8' table is included. |
|
|
All rates include Florida Sales Tax. |
|
|
Week end renters must pay rent by 2.00pm Sunday to maintain their booths for
the FOLLOWING week-end. |
|
|
Monthly renters must pay, in full, for following month on the
last Sunday of current month. |
|
|
Late fee will be assessed on the 1st day of the month. $15.00
minimum or 5% of total rent , whichever is greater. |
|
|
Late fee will be assessed on the full amount of monthly rent. |
|
|
Monthly renters who pay by the week will be charged week-end
rates. |
|
|
Daily and week-end renters must pay with CASH. |
|
|
Monthly renters are not charged for the 5th weekend; however,
if the market has to close for an emergency, there are no refunds. |
